the new lillie in the city – san francisco!

View from the road. Driving north on Route 5 last weekend for my last “just visiting” trip to San Francisco.
A new website for a new city adventure! In the next three weeks, I will be packing my life into cardboard boxes, saying fond farewells to sunny Los Angeles, driving a huge moving truck up Route 5–and then moving into a bright new studio apartment in the sometimes sunny, often foggy, always charming city of San Francisco! I am pretty much bursting with excitement.

Along with this big change of address, I’m also starting some new projects that I’ve been working towards and dreaming about for a long time now.

First, there’s this creative studio business (check it out! lilliandignan.com), which is going to rock the world of small businesses in the biggest and smallest and sweetest ways.

Next, stay tuned for a little online shop of cards and prints and creations of mine…

There is a world of possibility that’s unfolding.

Lillie ~ I’ve been reading your blog for a while, since your mom gave me the site. I can’t believe you’re moving up to San Francisco, though I can certainly understand the attraction! Ryland and I will be heading back next June/early July to the L.A. area, and I was hoping to get together with you there some time; guess I’ll be too late! I guess now I’ll have to go to SF when your folks are out that way. I’m sure they’re happy they won’t have to be tossing a coin to see which part of the state they’ll be visiting.

I wish you well on your new adventure. What will you be doing up there? (I, too, lived in San Francisco when first I arrived on the West Coast. I fell in love with the City because, to me, it reminds me so much of Boston.) Enjoy that beautiful area.

(P.S. In case you’re wondering who the hell I am, I’m your Mom’s cousin!!)

Safe Travels, and the very best on your new adventure/life in San Francisco. A great city!
